Janitor

Job Summary
Are you someone who takes pride in keeping things clean and organized? We are seeking a dependable Janitor to join a busy manufacturing facility in Spring Lake, MI. In this role, you will help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment by ensuring production areas, offices, restrooms, and common spaces are well-maintained throughout the day.
What You'll Be Doing
- Clean and maintain manufacturing floors, workstations, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove debris throughout the facility.
- Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, locker rooms, and office areas.
- Refill paper products, soap dispensers, and other janitorial supplies.
- Clean windows, doors, and other facility surfaces as needed.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Report maintenance, repair, or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Assist with additional cleaning projects as assigned.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or industrial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
