Kitchen Manager – Up to $28/hr – 1st Shift – Hamtramck, MI
Join a growing food production team! We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to help prepare and assemble food products in a refrigerated environment.
Job Duties:
- Prepare products & supervise employees according to recipes and production standards
- Work with the assembly line to meet daily quotas
- Follow FIFO procedures and safe food handling guidelines
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Keep up with production pace while meeting quality standards
- Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed
- Work in cold conditions (around 40°F)
Requirements:
- Must be 18+ years old
- Experience in Kitchen Management is required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive lifting of 15 lbs
- Able to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Prior experience in refrigerated production preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation and good attendance history
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm (overtime and Sundays as needed)
