Kitter – $15/hr – New Haven, IN Are you looking for a steady job where attention to detail and organization matter most? We’re hiring Kitters to assemble parts, materials, and products into kits that are ready for shipment. If you’re reliable, accurate, and enjoy hands-on work in a warehouse setting—this job is for you!
Key Responsibilities: ? Accurately gather, count, and assemble materials into kits based on work orders ? Use handheld RF scanner to verify parts and track inventory ? Label and package completed kits for shipment or production use ? Maintain an organized and clean work area ? Inspect items for accuracy and quality before kitting ? Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times ? Assist with other general warehouse or production duties as needed
Qualifications: ? Previous warehouse, production, or kitting experience preferred but not required ? Ability to lift up to 30–40 pounds regularly ? Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately ? Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods ? Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic ? Basic experience with handheld scanners or RF devices is a plus
Monday–Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM position is great for someone who enjoys task-based work and being part of a team that keeps operations moving. Every kit you complete helps ensure the success of the overall process.
