Job Summary
We’re seeking a Laboratory Technician ! In this role, you’ll be responsible for evaluating, recording, and reporting the physical and chemical characteristics of finished products, raw materials, intermediate products, and laboratory or pilot plant samples. This position plays a key role in ensuring product quality and supporting continuous improvement efforts within the lab.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Uphold company safety, environmental, quality, and laboratory standards at all times.
- Read, understand, and follow test instructions for characterizing pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes.
- Perform accurate testing and evaluation of products and test assemblies.
- Document and report laboratory work clearly and thoroughly.
- Assist with additional laboratory tasks and projects as directed.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Able to stand or move throughout the facility for most of the day.
- Capable of lifting, using both hands, and performing tasks requiring correctable vision (no color-blindness).
