Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Lamination team member to join our team in Clare, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, ensuring the safe and timely execution of various lamination procedures to produce high-quality products.What You'll Be Doing
As a Lamination team member, your core responsibilities will include:
- Safe Lamination Procedures: Execute a variety of Lamination procedures safely and on time.
- Panel Assembly: Perform roll coater lamination and assembly of various panels, including decks, sound shell panels, dance floor panels, and pre-lam.
- Quality and Efficiency: Produce high-quality products at an efficient rate.
In addition, you will also be expected to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining accountability for being self-motivated .What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- High school diplomas or equivalent desired.
- Desire two years of experience and/or educational related courses on related machinery.
- Prefer experience/knowledge of blueprint reading, AutoCAD, CNC programming, thermal cutting machinery and welding knowledge.
- Achieve obtaining a Crane License and fork truck license.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret the English language.
- Must possess satisfactory math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, basic geometry.
- Ability to operate machinery on a three-dimensional basis.
- Agility of the upper and lower body extremities, and capable of lifting 50 pounds regularly.

- Multi-Tasking Ability: To manage and prioritize multiple steps in the lamination process efficiently.
- Self-Motivation: To ensure consistent and efficient production of high-quality products without constant supervision.
