We're seeking a hardworking and reliable Landscape Crew Member to join a local landscaping team in Montague, MI. In this role, you'll assist with a variety of landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks while working alongside a supportive crew.

What You'll Be Doing
- Assist with landscape installation and maintenance projects
- Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other greenery
- Perform lawn care duties such as mowing, trimming, and edging
- Spread mulch, soil, and other landscaping materials
- Use landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Help with seasonal tasks such as spring and fall cleanups
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
- Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active work
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
Skills:
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
