to join their growing 1st Shift team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to work in a clean, team-oriented environment while gaining experience in laser operations and production support.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Laser Helper, your responsibilities will include:
- Removing parts from the laser machine and placing them into bins or boxes for further processing.
- Assisting operators to ensure the laser machine runs efficiently and produces quality parts.
- Meeting production quotas while maintaining a fast-paced workflow.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to support safe and efficient operations.
- Following operational and safety procedures at all times.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- GED or High School Diploma required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy
Skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual with strong time management
- Willingness to follow instructions and support laser operators
