A locally based manufacturer specializing in custom fabrication, laser cutting, welding, and
tool design is seeking a Laser Operator to join their growing team on 1st Shift. Hours are
5:00am–3:00pm (Monday–Thursday) with overtime as required. This position o ers a great
opportunity to work in a clean, comfortable facility where you’ll be part of a team focused
on precision, quality, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Laser Operator, your responsibilities will include:
? Operating and monitoring laser cutting machines to ensure optimal performance
and part quality.
? Reading and interpreting blueprints, micrometers, and calipers to verify accuracy.
? Troubleshooting machinery to identify and resolve issues e iciently.
? Loading and operating Press Brake machines and removing ?nished parts into bins
or boxes.
? Maintaining production ?ow by working in a fast-paced environment and meeting
established quotas.
? Following safety and operational standards to ensure a secure work environment.
What We’re Looking For
Quali?cations:
? 1+ year experience with Press Brake machines recommended
? Ability to read blueprints, micrometers, and calipers required
? Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve mechanical issues
? Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
? GED or High School Diploma required
? Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Skills:
? Mechanical aptitude and technical mindset
? Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing production needs
? Reliable team player with excellent communication and focus
? Capable of meeting production targets with consistency
