Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Laser Team Member to join our 1st shift team. You'll be responsible for supporting production in the laser department, helping ensure on-time delivery and high-quality parts. Training and support will be provided by our experienced laser team and lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate laser cutting machines to cut components to spec
- Operate press brakes as part of the production process
- Perform quality inspections on finished products
- Assist with post-cutting processes in collaboration with the laser team
- Operate fork trucks and other material handling equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with effective quality inspection skills
- Solid problem-solving ability and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and cleanliness in the workplace
- Willingness to follow direction from the laser lead and team
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts when needed (even though this is a 1st shift role)
