Job Title: 1st Shift Laser Team Member
Location: Cedar Springs, MI
Pay: $18-$20/hr (depending on experience)
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00am - 3:30pm

We are hiring for a Laser Team Member to join our laser department. In this role, you will help run production to ensure quality parts are produced and delivered on time. You will receive support and training from our laser lead and team, making this a great opportunity to learn new skills and grow within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Operate laser cutting machines to produce components according to specifications
- Operate press brakes and assist with post-cutting processes
- Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure adherence to standards
- Collaborate with the laser team to meet production goals
- Safely operate fork trucks and other material handling equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety regulations
Key Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform quality inspections effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Ability to follow instructions and processes provided by the laser lead and team
- Must be able to work overtime, including occasional 12-hour shifts when necessary
