What You’ll Be Doing
As a
Light Assembler
, your core responsibilities will include:
- Component Assembly: Assemble lightweight, small engine parts according to specifications.
- Packaging Support: Help package finished products for shipment.
- Plant Assistance:
Assist with additional tasks as needed to support production efficiency.
In addition, you will maintain a clean workspace, follow all safety guidelines, and work closely with your team to meet daily production goals.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing preferred.
- Mechanical inclination and ability to work with small components.
- Critical thinking skills and willingness to learn new tasks.
- Desire to grow and develop skills within a manufacturing environment.
