. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our operations, helping to load automotive parts and apply hand-sprayed coatings to ensure products meet quality and finish standards.
What You'll Be Doing
As a
Loader / Hand Sprayer
, your core responsibilities will include:
● Loading parts onto racks : Properly load automotive parts onto racks or fixtures to ensure efficient coating and safe processing.
● Hand spraying parts : Apply powder or liquid coatings using hand spray equipment to achieve proper coverage and finish quality.
● Visual quality inspection : Inspect coated parts for defects, coverage consistency, and overall appearance.

● Hand spraying parts : Apply powder or liquid coatings using hand spray equipment to achieve proper coverage and finish quality.

In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean spray area, follow 5S standards, and comply with all safety, PPE, and environmental procedures.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent preferred
● Previous manufacturing, painting, or coating experience is a plus, but not required
● Ability to lift up to 35–50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
