We’re seeking a Production Machine Operator to join our team in Grand Haven, MI. In this role, you’ll operate production equipment, inspect finished parts, and help ensure products meet quality and production standards. What You'll Be DoingAs a Production Machine Operator, your core responsibilities will include: Operate production machinery according to prints, specifications, and established procedures. Produce parts while meeting required quantities, specifications, and tolerances. Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools. Maintain accurate production records, including rejected or discarded parts. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Perform other production-related duties as assigned. What We're Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you should have the following: Qualifications: Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred, but training will be provided. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive reaching, grabbing, bending, and stooping. Ability to read instructions and production documentation. Skills: Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team. Ability and willingness to learn production machinery and equipment.
