CNC Operator
Location: Three Rivers
Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Job Summary
Are you a dependable and hardworking individual looking for a hands‑on industrial opportunity? We are seeking a CNC operator in Three Rivers, MI. In this role, you'll operate a CNC machine, complete quality checks to standards, and assist team with any and all other issues that arise.
What You'll Be Doing
As a CNC Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
- Operating CNC Machine on steel parts
- Sorting, stacking, and organizing Parts and materials.
- Maintaining quality standards.
- Using quality tools.
- Using hand tools and equipment as needed for grinding and rework.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
- Machine operating experience.
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced industrial environment.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be trained and familiar with general safety procedures.

- Equipment Operation: Ability to operate machines, quality tools, and basic hand tools.
- Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy when sorting and processing materials.
- Safety Focus: Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
