Location: Three Rivers
Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Job Summary
Are you a dependable and hardworking individual looking for a hands-on industrial opportunity? We're seeking a Recycling Production Associate to join our team in Battle Creek, MI. In this role, you'll assist with baler operations, cardboard processing, forklift duties, and general recycling tasks while maintaining safety and productivity standards.
What You'll Be Doing
As a CNC Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
Operating CNC Machine on steel parts
Sorting, stacking, and organizing Parts and materials.
Maintaining quality standards.
Using quality tools.
Using hand tools and equipment as needed for grinding and rework.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
Machine operating experience.
Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Must be trained and familiar with general safety procedures.

Equipment Operation: Ability to operate machines, quality tools, and basic hand tools.
Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy when sorting and processing materials.
Safety Focus: Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
