Job Summary
Are you a self-motivated individual who enjoys working independently in a hands-on environment? We are seeking Machine Operators to join our metal fabrication team. No prior experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidates. In this role, you’ll operate a variety of metal fabrication machines to cut, shape, and bend metal parts.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate metal fabrication machines such as cutoff saws, punch presses, hydraulic presses, forming machines, drilling machines, and other equipment.
- Follow job instructions to produce metal components accurately and safely.
- Contribute to a culture of integrity, ownership, and authenticity.
- Participate in hands-on machine testing during the interview process (3–4 test runs).
