Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months production, general labor, or warehouse experience
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physical, repetitive position
- Comfortable working in environments with temperature variation
- Ability to read a tape measure and use a computer
- Dependable with strong attendance and transportation
Skills:
- Attention to detail for inspecting parts for color and defects
- Experience trimming, packing, and documenting production data
- Ability to work independently and keep pace with production
- Willingness to follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE
As a
Machine Operator
, you’ll sit or stand at a plastic injection molding machine, visually inspecting parts for quality, trimming excess flash with a knife, packing product, and documenting output. You’ll also help maintain a clean workstation and assist with production efficiency throughout the shift. This position offers long-term growth and advancement opportunities in a thriving industry.
