Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00am – 2:30pm (typical)

Responsibilities:
- Operate various machines such as Stamping Press, Brake Press, Drill Tap, and Robotic Welding
- Work at a moderate to fast pace to meet production goals
- Perform quality checks on parts according to customer specifications
- Adapt and assist where needed across different machines and tasks
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to stand on your feet for the entire shift
- Able to lift up to 30-35 lbs as needed
- Keen attention to detail and quality
- Willingness to learn, listen to instructions, and stay flexible
