Machine Operator, up to $23.00/hr – Huger, SC

Qualifications:
● High School Diploma or GED
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (twist, bend, stoop, squat, climb stairs/ladders/platforms)
● Ability to work under little supervision while meeting production deadlines
● Safety-oriented and reliable with good communication skills

Skills:
● Read and follow work order instructions and complete all documentation
● Perform full machine setups and adjustments to meet customer specifications
● Inspect arbor and overarm setups, reconcile coil identity, and load coils
● Operate multi-blanking machine to slit-to-width and cut-to-length
● Monitor blanks for defects, measure dimensions, and ensure compliance with specifications
● Band, label, and document finished goods accurately
● Assist with troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and material handling (forklift/crane preferred)
● Accurately use measurement tools: tape measure, calipers, micrometers, height gauge, Rockwell tester, SPC charts
● Maintain housekeeping in MBL area, remove scrap, and assist packagers when needed
