Title: Machine Operator
Location: Sheridan, MI
Pay: $16.50/hr
Shift: 3rd shift: 10:50pm-7:10am
Job Summary: Workbox Staffing is hiring a Machine Operator for a plastic injection molding facility in Greenville, MI. This is a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing environment with medium to fast-paced, repetitive work. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to learn!
Responsibilities:
● Operate plastic injection molding machines
● Maintain a steady work pace in a manufacturing setting
● Perform repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately
● Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
● Lift and move materials weighing 5-25 lbs as needed
Key Qualifications:
● Must be able to work 10-12 hour shifts
● Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required
● Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions Preferred Skills:
● Strong attention to detail
● Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes quickly
● Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
