Job Summary
We're seeking a Machine Operator at a leading manufacturer of metal stamping and complex welding assemblies for the automotive industry. This local position requires no prior experience and offers a steady work environment with opportunities for growth. As a Machine Operator, you'll work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, running machines to produce various products.
Responsibilities
- Position parts according to knowledge of the unit being assembled
- Start and monitor machine controls
- Visually examine welding for adherence to specifications
- Rework defective welding using hand welding equipment
Key Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to read and write in English
