Job Summary

What You'll Be Doing
As a Machine Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
- Machine Operation: Operating plastic injection molding machines while sitting or standing.
- Quality Control: Visually inspecting parts for quality, color, and defects.
- Finishing & Packing: Trimming excess flash from parts using a knife, and packing product for shipment.
- Documentation: Documenting production output accurately.
- Workplace Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and organized workstation and assisting with production efficiency throughout the shift.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months production, general labor, or warehouse experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Ability to read a tape measure and use a computer.
- Dependable with strong attendance and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable working in environments with temperature variations.
Skills:
- Attention to Detail for inspecting parts and recognizing defects.
- Experience trimming, packing, and documenting production data.
- Ability to work independently while keeping pace with production goals.
- Willingness to follow all safety procedures and wear proper PPE.
