Job Summary:
Join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Rockford, MI! As an
Inspector/Machine Operator
, you will operate plastic injection molding machines to produce quality household and automotive parts. This role involves machine operation, product inspection, documentation, and light assembly work.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Run 1–2 plastic injection molding machines at a time
- Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Complete production paperwork and track part counts
- Build boxes and package products correctly
- Perform small assembly tasks as needed

Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Strong manual dexterity and hand–eye coordination
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Skills:
- Basic math: Helpful for counting and completing paperwork
- Focus & concentration: Ability to monitor machines and maintain accuracy
- Physical requirements: Lift 2–25 lbs repetitively and stand for 10 hours
- Multitasking:
Manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
