Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Skilled plastics machine operator to join our team in Kalamazoo Michigan.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Machine Operating associate, your core responsibilities will include:
- Following clear and precise work orders
- Running plastic thermoform machine.
- Using hand tools/ Plastic trimming tools
- Quality Checks: Inspecting finished products to meet company standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
In addition, you may assist with general production tasks and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
- .· Knowledge of safe operation of basic. · Intermediate mechanical comprehension and abilities.· Ability to read, comprehend and carry-out instructions in written, oral, and/or diagram form.· Lift 35lbs with assistance.· Ability to work as part of a team.· Train and work in other departments as needed.
Skills:
- Mechanical Aptitude: Must be mechanically inclined
- Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy when handling glass and assembling components
- Manual Dexterity: Ability to work with hands and tools efficiently
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and strong work ethic to support team productivity
