Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping produce high-quality metal components that meet strict production and quality standards within a growing metal fabrication environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Machine Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
● Machine Operation: Operate metal fabrication equipment such as press brakes, shears, saws, or CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
● Material Handling & Setup: Load and unload raw materials and finished parts while performing basic machine setup and adjustments as needed.
● Quality Control: Read work orders and blueprints, measure parts to tight tolerances (within 1/32”), and inspect finished products to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality compliance.
In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area, follow all safety procedures, and assist with additional production tasks as assigned.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
● Minimum 1–2 years of machine operating experience required
● Experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing preferred
● Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Skills:
● Machine Operation & Setup: Ability to safely operate and perform basic adjustments on fabrication equipment.
● Measurement Accuracy: Ability to measure and cut materials within 1/32” tolerance using tape measures, calipers, and micrometers.
● Quality & Teamwork: Strong inspection skills and dependable attendance to support overall production goals.
