We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our stamping and welding assembly plant running at peak performance. In this role you’ll install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, and electrical systems, ensuring safety, quality, and efficient production.

What You'll Be Doing

- Install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment on stamping and welding lines.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective repairs to minimize downtime.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Diagnose faults quickly and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Assist with setup and calibration of new equipment as needed.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Valid driver’s license (required).
- Valid forklift (hi‑lo) and crane licenses (required).
- Experience with mechanical or electrical maintenance in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
Skills

- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical instructions.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
