Industrial Maintenance Technician – Mishawaka & South Bend, IN

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues with stamping presses, lasers, and CNC machines
- Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
- Support production teams by ensuring equipment is operating safely and effectively
- Document maintenance activities and communicate needs for parts or repairs
- Travel between the Mishawaka and South Bend plants as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Experience with stamping presses, lasers, and CNC machines preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time between two plant locations
- Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to safety
- Willingness to work overtime when required
Schedule & Pay:
- First shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (overtime may be required)
- Pay based on experience
