We are seeking a skilled and dependable Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems. This role is critical to minimizing downtime, ensuring safe operations, and supporting continuous production.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED (technical or trade school preferred)
· 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
· Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and basic electrical troubleshooting
· Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
· Experience with preventive maintenance programs
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
· Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or on-call as required
Preferred Skills & Certifications
· PLC troubleshooting experience (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar)
· Electrical certification or industrial maintenance certification
· Welding, fabrication, or machining experience
· Forklift, scissor lift, or boom lift certification
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
· Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend
· Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, heat, and moving machinery
Skills:
· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, machinery, and production lines
· Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to identify and resolve issues quickly
· Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules
· Perform repairs on motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, sensors, and control components
· Conduct routine inspections to identify wear, defects, or potential failures
· Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements
· Maintain accurate maintenance records, PM logs, and work orders
· Follow all safety, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and MiOSHA regulations
· Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve equipment reliability
· Maintain tools, spare parts, and maintenance areas in a clean and organized manner
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be completing all industrial machinery repair, and ensuring all equipment is up in running in a quick and orderly fashion. This job, depending on your work ethic, could be a short-term or a long-term fit.
