Maintenance Manager
to oversee the care, maintenance, and efficient operation of our property, grounds, and equipment. This is a hands-on position in a clean, organized environment that values teamwork, reliability, and professionalism.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 5:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (Arrive 30 minutes before production start at 6:00 a.m.)
Occasional overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and routine maintenance on equipment, machinery, and tools
- Maintain and repair building fixtures, minor plumbing, lighting, and electrical systems (no lawn care required)
- Conduct preventative maintenance and calibrations on manufacturing and testing equipment
- Ensure high levels of compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Develop, implement, and review maintenance logs and documentation
- Coordinate and complete corrective and preventative maintenance within budget and procedural guidelines
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment to maintain safe and operable conditions
- Assist forklift drivers as needed to move materials
- Test, inspect, and verify equipment operation after repairs or downtime
- Notify General Manager of recurring malfunctions, corrective actions, or quality issues
Qualifications:
- Proven work history in equipment, machinery, and building maintenance (manufacturing setting preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude; familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Experience with injection or insert molding equipment a strong plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple maintenance issues
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Physically able to lift 40–50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, and reach overhead for extended periods
- Good visual acuity; must not be color-blind (ability to inspect machined parts)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional mechanical training, apprenticeships, or certifications preferred
