Responsibilities:
- Sweeping floors.
- Cleaning sinks and restrooms.
- Emptying trash and scrap bins.
- Washing windows and cleaning office areas, where needed.
- Assist Maintenance Technicians in repair activities.
- Assist Building Maintenance Technicians in cleaning and repair activities.
- Maintaining cleanliness around machines and work stations in shop areas.
- Assisting Preventative Maintenance Technicians with PM activities (oiling and greasing)
- Outdoor maintenance work including snow removal, as needed.
- General labor duties, as directed.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Experience with basic hand tools.
