Job Summary
Are you a skilled and dependable individual looking for a hands-on role? We're seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Greenville, MI. In this role, you'll troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment to keep operations running efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Maintenance Technician, your core responsibilities will include:
- Equipment Repair: Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled PMs, maintain fluid levels, filters, and grease equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Follow lockout/tagout procedures and maintain safety devices on equipment.
In addition, you will also be expected to prioritize repairs, order parts, maintain work orders, and assist with continuous improvement activities.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree, technical certification, or related experience preferred
- Minimum 1+ year of maintenance experience or equivalent training
- Basic computer skills in a networked environment
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work
Skills:
- Problem-Solving: Diagnose and repair equipment issues efficiently.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Work with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with team members and leadership.
