Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Job Summary
Are you a mechanically inclined individual with industrial maintenance experience looking for a new opportunity? We're
seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Spring Lake, MI. In this role, you'll be responsible for
maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient
operations.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Maintenance Technician, your core responsibilities will include:
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
• Perform electrical maintenance and repairs, including work with 480V, 3-phase electrical systems.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain equipment performance.
• Assist with heating, cooling, HVAC, and plumbing system maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic systems and mechanical components.
• Perform welding and fabrication repairs as needed.
• Assist with industrial coating equipment maintenance and related processes.
In addition, you will be expected to follow safety procedures, maintain an organized workspace, and work collaboratively
with the maintenance and production teams.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
• Previous industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Industrial electrical experience strongly preferred, particularly with 480V, 3-phase systems.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, pneumatics, and welding preferred.
• Industrial coating experience is a plus, including knowledge of different coating types and applications.
• Ability to provide your own toolbox and basic maintenance tools.
Skills:
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical equipment issues.
• Knowledge of industrial safety procedures and preventative maintenance practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
