● Ability to address mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as well as fix building components
● Knowledge of preventative maintenance and regularly inspecting and maintaining systems and equipment
● Capable of working independently and staying focused in a fast-paced setting

● Strong understanding of machines, troubleshooting and identifying and resolving root causes
● Ensuring the safety of building occupants by following all safety procedures
● Record keeping
