All-Around Maintenance Technician
to join their team. This jack-of-all-trades role will involve everything from machine maintenance and building repairs to basic wiring and assisting in production as needed. If you enjoy variety in your workday and being the go-to fix-it person, this role is for you!
Shift:
Flexible hours – Choose your own within a general 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday schedule

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in industrial maintenance, light construction, or mechanical repair
- Self-starter with strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Forklift experience is a strong plus
- Comfortable working independently without micromanagement
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks
Skills & Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on machines and facility infrastructure
- Run electrical wiring and assist with general electrical tasks as needed
- Support production team with mechanical assembly tasks during downtime
- Assist with light construction tasks or upgrades within the facility
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or facility-related issues
- Maintain tools, supplies, and workspaces in an orderly manner
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
