- Preventative & Corrective Maintenance:
Perform maintenance on injection molding machines, molds, robots, and auxiliary equipment.
- Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Machine Support:
Respond quickly to machine breakdowns and production calls to minimize downtime.
- Performance Monitoring:
Adjust and monitor equipment to ensure optimal efficiency and safety.
- Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, inspections, and part usage.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering and production teams to improve machine reliability and uptime.
- Installation & Upgrades:
Assist in installing and upgrading equipment as needed.
- Auxiliary Equipment Maintenance:
Maintain dryers, loaders, temperature control units, and cooling systems.
- Safety:
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company procedures.
What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required (technical or trade school training preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in an injection molding or industrial environment
- Strong understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Experience with injection molding equipment (e.g., Engel, Arburg, Husky) preferred
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
- Flexibility to work nights or weekends as needed
