Are you an experienced
Maintenance Technician
looking for a stable, full-time opportunity? We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll support production and facility operations by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a
Maintenance Technician
, your core responsibilities will include:
- Preventative & Corrective Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery, equipment, and facility systems to ensure efficient production and minimal downtime.
- Mechanical & Electrical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems while assisting operators in identifying equipment malfunctions.
- Equipment Installation & Fabrication: Assist with machine installations, changeovers, welding, fabrication, and facility improvements while maintaining equipment to company and safety standards.
In addition, you will read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals, complete maintenance documentation, support machine changeovers and PM schedules, work with conveyors, motors, robotics, and industrial systems, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and collaborate with production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment required.
- Experience with facility or industrial maintenance required.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
- Experience with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems preferred.
- Welding, fabrication, machining, robotics, PLC, or electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
Skills:
- Mechanical & Technical Aptitude: Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for industrial machinery and equipment.
- Blueprint & Schematic Reading: Ability to read and interpret technical documents and maintenance instructions.
- Problem Solving & Reliability: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond quickly to maintenance needs.
- Safety & Teamwork: Commitment to workplace safety, MIOSHA standards, and collaboration with production teams.
