Manufacturing Associate – Shipping & CNC
Location: Muskegon, MI

What You'll Be Doing
As a Manufacturing Associate, your core responsibilities will include:
- Handling shipping and receiving activities, including packing, labeling, and verifying incoming and outgoing materials.
- Operating and supporting CNC laser and brake press equipment as needed.
- Moving materials between departments to support production flow.
- Performing basic inspections to ensure parts meet quality standards.
In addition, you will also be expected to maintain accurate inventory records, follow all safety procedures, and assist with other production or warehouse tasks as required.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving required.
- Experience operating CNC laser and brake press equipment preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to read work instructions and production documentation.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to support multiple departments.
- Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented mindset.
