Location: Alto, MI Shift: 1st & 3rd Pay: 1st shift - $17.75/hr & 3rd shift - $18.50/hr

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Assembly team member, your core responsibilities will include:
● Handling assemblies: Working with plastics, metal, and mechanical components to assemble products accurately.
● Lifting and moving materials: Safely lifting objects up to 50 lbs. as needed to support production.
● Following instructions: Reading blueprints, work instructions, or process guidelines to ensure proper assembly.
In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area and communicate effectively with your team to support smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
● Hand dexterity for precise assembly tasks
● Verbal and written communication skills
● Basic math skills (ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide)
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

● English literacy: Ability to read and write in English for instructions and documentation
