Material Handler - 3rd Shift -17.50/hr+ - Brighton, MI

Responsibilities:
- Ensure a consistent flow of materials, components, and packaging to and from molding machines to avoid production delays
- Track material movement and production flow using Pro_Scan and Pro_View systems
- Restock and stage materials based on production schedules
- Set up dryers per manufacturer specifications and assist with mold changes
- Mix regrind and dye into virgin materials as needed
- Label equipment and document material usage
- Break down production cells once runs are complete
Qualifications/Skills:
- MUST have strong prior experience in plastic injection molding—this is not an entry-level role
- Deep understanding of plastics and resin
- Proficiency with Pro_Scan and Pro_View is required
- Ability to stay on your feet and perform physically active tasks throughout the shift
- Must be comfortable working in a classic manufacturing environment (hot, loud, fast-paced)
- This is not a sit-down forklift position—you’ll be hands-on with materials throughout the day
