In this role, you’ll play a vital part in our operations by ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and organization of materials to support production while maintaining safety, accuracy, and 5S standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in our operations by ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and organization of materials to support production while maintaining safety, accuracy, and 5S standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Material Handler, your key responsibilities will include operating Hi-Lo equipment to transport materials and finished goods safely throughout the facility, stocking production areas with Work-In-Progress (WIP) materials and components to keep production running smoothly, and maintaining organization through 5S practices and FIFO material handling. Additionally, you may be asked to inspect equipment, perform inventory and stocking tasks, manage scrap and recycling processes, keep aisles clear and work areas clean, support multiple departments, and report safety concerns or incidents as needed.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications: Prior Hi-Lo (forklift) experience preferred, ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs, strong attention to detail, ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records, effective communication skills, and willingness to work in varying temperatures with prolonged standing and walking.
Skills: Organizational skills to maintain efficient material flow and workspace cleanliness, safety awareness to follow OSHA and company standards, and familiarity with 5S and FIFO methods to support inventory accuracy and production efficiency.
