Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Material Handler to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping ensure sub-assemblies and materials are handled accurately, safely, and efficiently to support quality production and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Material Handler, your core responsibilities will include:
● Material Management: Ensure the quality and quantity of sub-assemblies while handling materials safely to minimize damage.
● Team Collaboration: Support team building efforts and provide constructive feedback to colleagues and supervisors.
● Continuous Improvement: Contribute to department and company goals by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and processes.

In addition, you will also be expected to follow company policies, maintain a customer-focused approach, and perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Knowledge of basic material handling methods
● Ability to read blueprints
● Minimal to no travel required

● Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to maintain a positive work environment.
● Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve material handling or process issues efficiently.
● Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and proficiency with EPICOR ERP or similar systems to track and manage materials accurately.
