Job Summary
Workbox Staffing is hiring a
Material Handler
for a growing company in Plymouth, MI that is just getting up and running. What You’ll Be Doing
As a Material Handler, your core responsibilities will include:
- Material Movement: Load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
- Inventory Support: Assist with tracking, staging, and organizing materials for production and shipment.
- Production Support: Deliver materials to production lines to ensure operations run efficiently.
- Shipping & Receiving: Support inbound and outbound shipments, including labeling and documentation.
In addition, you will maintain a clean and organized workspace and assist with other warehouse or production-related tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- Previous material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Strong attendance and reliability
Skills & Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing, walking, and moving materials throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment
