Monday - Friday 3pm - 11:15pm
OT Saturday and Sunday
The Assembly Production Associate Operates equipment necessary for producing production parts while meeting all safety and quality standards. Performs necessary metal working operations required to remove cosmetic defects in assemblies and Stampings while meeting all automotive safety and quality standards

Essential Functions of the Position:
- Metal working techniques such as grinding, filing, etc
- Beateer & Dolly for prototype panel and engineering changes on existing and new products.
- Methods of spoons and their usage.
- Specialized tools such as panel beater, grid dolly, etc.
- Follow all plant safety rules and regulations
- Assure that all parts that leave the Metal Finish are meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Follow work instructions to insure TS16949 and ISO 14000-01 standards are being met.
- Must use manual and robotics systems to apply welds, adhesive, and other process
- related task to piece parts and assemblies.
- Inspect and properly load parts into containers for storage and shipment.
- Must be able to work unsupervised.
- Must have good housekeeping practices.
- Follows all plant safety rules and regulations.
- Perform other duties as required.

- Math Skills
- Reasoning Ability
- Manufacturing Environment: 100% Standing, walking, and lifting
- Physically fit and able to lift 25 - 35 pounds
- Must be able to stand 8+ hours a day
Essential Functions of the Position:
- Load and unload individual automotive stampings from production lines/cells.
- Must use manual and robotics systems to apply welds, adhesive, and other process related task to piece parts and assemblies.
- Inspect and properly load parts into containers for storage and shipment.
- Tag, label, and track piece parts and assemblies and produce required documentation.
- Utilize Quality concepts including SPC to inspect, grade and document part condition.
- Must assist in equipment change outs and adjustments in all production areas.
- Follow work instructions to insure QS9000 standards are being met.
- Must be able to work unsupervised.
- Must have good housekeeping practices.
- Follows all plant safety rules and regulations.
- Perform other duties as required.
