Qualifications:
● Required: Automotive body work or metal finishing experience
● Strong communication, math, and reasoning skills
● Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
● Physically fit; able to lift 25–35 lbs routinely (up to 50–60 lbs as needed)
● Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for 8+ hours per shift
● Manufacturing or automotive environment experience preferred
● Required: Automotive body work or metal finishing experience

Skills:
● Perform metal finishing techniques including grinding, filing, and cosmetic defect removal
● Use body shop tools such as beaters, dollies, spoons, grid dollies, and panel beaters
● Support prototype panel work and engineering changes on new and existing products
● Apply welds, adhesives, and related processes using manual and robotic systems
● Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with customer, TS16949, and ISO 14000-01 standards
● Load finished parts into containers for storage and shipment
● Maintain excellent housekeeping and follow 5S standards
● Follow all plant safety rules, PPE requirements, and environmental health standards
● Assist with additional production duties as required
