Job Summary
Are you a skilled welder looking for a great opportunity? We're seeking a MIG & TIG Welder to join our team in Holland, MI. In this role, you'll be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision and reliability.
What You'll Be Doing
As a MIG & TIG Welder, your core responsibilities will include:
- Welding & Fabrication: Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, or aluminum according to blueprints and specifications.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Quality Control: Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet company and customer quality standards.
You may also assist with material preparation, grinding, finishing, and maintaining welding equipment as needed.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of MIG and TIG welding experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Skills:
- Welding Expertise: Strong MIG and TIG welding abilities with attention to detail.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable working with fabrication tools and shop equipment.
- Teamwork & Reliability: Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
