Qualifications:
- MIG welding experience (can be right out of school or experienced)
- Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16”
- Fabrication experience preferred
- Reliable and team-oriented with a willingness to learn
- Respectful in the workplace and able to work in a conservative environment
Skills:
- Ability to perform MIG welding in a moving, fast-paced shop environment
- Strong measuring and basic math skills for accuracy
- Ability to fabricate and work outside of a cell structure as needed
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on work ethic
- Ability to adapt to changing shop needs and support teammates as required
As a Welder, not only will you perform MIG welding to support production, but you’ll also contribute to fabrication and assist with keeping work moving efficiently. Depending on business needs, duties may include fabrication work, supporting inventory preparation, and helping reduce production bottlenecks.
