Qualifications:
- Previous MIG welding experience required (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent
Skills and Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on various metal components according to engineering specs
- Use welding tools and equipment to join, fabricate, and repair metal parts
- Read and interpret technical blueprints and work instructions
- Inspect completed welds for quality and conformance
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the welding area
- Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment
- Work closely with the team to meet production goals and quality standards
As a
MIG Welder
, you’ll work Monday through Friday 6am-4:30pm and play a key role in crafting
custom packaging solutions
that serve the
automotive, aerospace, and industrial sectors
