MIG Welder, Up to $20/hr – Dundee, MI
Looking to join a growing manufacturing company that values your welding experience? We are hiring a skilled MIG Welder that we are trying to get AWS & CWB Certified for 1st shift! If you take pride in producing quality welds and enjoy a steady work schedule, this opportunity is for you.
Qualifications:
- Previous MIG welding experience (1+ year preferred)
- Able to read and interpret welding blueprints and schematics
- Experience working with jigs, fixtures, and hand tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have reliable transportation and a strong attendance record
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to weld quality
- Ability to perform basic fabrication tasks when required
- Familiarity with safety protocols and PPE in a welding shop
- Able to inspect and finish welds to meet quality standards
- Basic math and measuring skills
As a MIG Welder, you’ll be responsible for welding components and assemblies for a variety of manufacturing applications. Most work involves carbon steel
using MIG techniques, with potential for cross-training and skill advancement. This is a 1st shift
role with opportunities for long-term growth at a company known for its stability and team culture.
