Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team. This position requires expertise in Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welding techniques to join metal components with precision and quality. The ideal candidate will be able to read and interpret engineering blueprints, follow detailed assembly instructions, and work collaboratively to meet production goals while ensuring high-quality results.
Essential Responsibilities:
-Produce quality welded parts to meet customer deadlines and requirements
-Work effectively as a productive member of a team
-Conduct quality checks on fabricated parts
-Operate precision measurement tools such as height gauges, micrometers, and calipers
-Read, understand, and execute engineering blueprints
-Follow 5S principles and visual control standards
Key Qualifications for MIG Welder Openings
-High School Diploma or GED
-Minimum 2 years of welding experience
-Ability to read, understand, and execute engineering blueprints
-Class “A” surface welding experience
-Welding certification preferred
-Welding tube experience desired
-Preferred Skills for MIG Welder Openings
-Strong troubleshooting skills for robotic welding programming or mechanical issues
-Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Physical Requirements
-Ability to stand, walk, and reach frequently
-Ability to use safety gear such as welding helmets and hearing protection
-Ability to lift 50+ lbs
