Job Summary
Are you a skilled welder looking for a steady schedule and growth opportunities? We’re seeking a MIG Welder to join a growing manufacturing team in Elkhart, IN. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our operations, welding 11–16 gauge steel tubing to precise specifications while maintaining high production and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a MIG Welder, your core responsibilities will include:
● MIG Welding: Perform MIG welding on 11–16 gauge steel tubing according to specifications and production requirements.
● Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols to ensure accurate fabrication.
● Quality & Equipment Setup: Set up and adjust welding equipment based on material specifications and inspect finished welds to ensure they meet strength, quality, and appearance standards.
In addition, you will maintain consistent production output, follow all safety and quality procedures, make corrections as needed, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
● Previous MIG welding experience required (professional or hobby experience accepted)
● Experience welding 11–16 gauge steel tubing preferred
● Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
● Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

● Attention to Detail: Ensures precision and consistency in fabrication work.
● Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
